Who we are
Food is our passion!
With over 15 years of experience working in a private practice and as a Personal Dietitian, we have also adapted our services to include online consultations.
A lover of cooking, always seeking practical solutions for a healthier lifestyle; I like to consider each person's goals, their individual metabolism, and especially their preferences, routines, time, and food priorities.
Thus, we arrive at some goals and meal plans, which are reviewed and readjusted at each consultation. With this, we progress in nutritional re-education, reaching our objectives, but also achieving changes that can be maintained in the long term.
Specializations
Functional Phytotherapy
A postgraduate degree in Phytotherapy allows us to prescribe supplements (capsules, tinctures, teas) that help treat various ailments (digestive problems, insomnia, memory issues, compulsions, PMS, menopause, immune system problems, cholesterol issues, hypertension, fluid retention, etc.).
Vegetarianism
Courses in areas such as laboratory testing, supplementation, dietary transition, and cooking (vegan, sprouts, plant-based milks, yogurts, and cheeses) allow us to optimize nutritional counseling.
Stress and emotional illnesses
By participating in courses and conferences focusing on nutrition and the central nervous system, we can develop dietary strategies and specific supplementation for pathologies in this area.
Supplementation
Specializations in vitamins and minerals, amino acids, pathologies, functional nutrition, and biochemistry have given us multiple tools to assess needs and provide quality supplementation.
Sports Nutrition
Participation in various courses and conferences keeps us updated on the latest studies and best strategies for increasing performance, recovery, and muscle mass gain.
Longevity and quality of life
Courses in biochemistry, healthy aging, functional foods, and conferences on healthy lifestyles, nutrigenomics, and nutrigenetics offer a range of tools and strategies for more efficient work in this area.
